He is still the modern day poet of the heart of America. Kris hasn't lost it.


Grows on you
Kris' voice grows on you. Great songs. At first hearing you think someone else should be singing these great songs. But the more I listen to it, I like his style. Love the song he wrote when he was 11. Worth a listen!.


Pure poetry
His latest CD is yet another good record, with strong stories wrapped in music, and his ageing, but still moving voice. I am impressed at how good the lyrics of Kris Kristofferson are. There is a soul in Kristofferson's voice that makes amends for the lack of a pure tone at times. I definitely recommend his latest CD, and you should take the time to listen to the words, and experience the poetry in his music. .

That is what it is, who the Man IS. . . .
We are lucky to have such a man amongst us & one with such a 'record', an ouver, of his work---his soul. . . .

Kris Kristofferson

It was not up to the quality of music I am used to hearing from him. I was very disappointed with Kris' songs on this CD, I have most of his CD's.
