Buy New Zealand Made
(However their first has sort of faded into the background what with it only ever being released on tape). A little more playful than 'Arbour Day', 'Lost at Sea' is The Lads' third album. The Lads are truly a gifted group with unbelievable talent, inspiring faith in God and an undeniable ability to laugh at themselves. 'Lost at Sea' is hard to define. (Apart from it being good, I mean). Heartfelt prayers like 'Ode to joy' are really uplifting, while 'beetroot stain' lets out the Lads' playful, but faithful nature. I recommend it to anyone. And if you ever ever ever get the chance to see these guys in concert, go for it! (they do a really brilliant version of 'video killed the radio star'). They are really honest, fun guys and don't hold themselves up as anything more than human.

The Lads - Lost @ Sea
The Lads are a New Zealand based band and Lost @ Sea is a truely excellent album. This album is one of the best in my collection of 50+ Christian CD's. My favourite song would have to be Ode t Joy. This song is a ode to the joy God gives us and is simply a musical masterpiece. The style of the music is Soft Rock / Pop and is very easy listening music - some of the songs such as Carry Me Through focus on some serious issues such as depression and hurt - but most of the songs have humourous lyrics such as Beetroot Stain where God's love is referred to as a beetroot stain that never goes away. On the whole this album is definitely has a A+ rating.
