One of the best B-Side tracks ever

I'm a long-time Zeppelin fan, and I have a nearly complete collection of their music on original CDs, but until now this ONE track has eluded me, because it was previously only available as part of a large multi-CD collection that was largely redundant with what I already owned. Just like most other fans who buy this CD-single, I got it for the sole reason of *finally* being able to acquire the rare B-Side track "Hey hey what can I do ?". Now, at long last, I have HHWCID.

Easily one of the most enjoyable inexpensive purchases I've ever made.

Hidden treasure
The first time I heard 'Immigrant song' I felt a knock-out beat. I grew eating bread, milk and Zep. But 'Hey hey what can I do?' has been my favourite companion for a long time. The most part of Zep fans love this song, and if you do really want to test their fidelity, then ask them of 'Hey hey what can I do?'. Maybe, the Page's choice to exclude it from several collections and best of and from live song lists has made the fortune of this song. If you truly love Led Zeppelin you have to share this unforgotten treasure with us.

Get this single for that gem on the b-side.
Instead it could only be found on this single release and was very rare and much unheard by many until over 20 years later with the LZ multi-disc compilation. It's so hard to believe ''Hey Hey What Can I Do'' did'nt make LZ3, considering this track surely would've been a massive hit.

''Hey Hey. . . '' is a pure ballad as it is also literally a perfect song; the bass, the acoustic guitar, vocals/backing vocals blend so well together that it just has to be heard by all LZ fans as well as fans of music in general.

Like I said in the title, get this single if you don't need the LZ compilation. The B-side is essential listening.

A Zeppelin Classic
Thanks Amazon. I never thought I'd find this great Zeppelin classic on a two song CD(45). com!.

Immigrant Song CD
Other reviewers have also commented that the best thing about this CD is the second song Hey Hey What Can I Do - and they are right! Plant's vocals are outstanding and Page and the boys do their normal outstanding job - the balance, beat and flow of the song makes we wonder why Atlantic would not have put this song on III or a future releases? Oh well - I have it now - a must buy for the serious Zeppelin fan!!!!! Enjoy!. A bargain for the price! I'd have paid more to hear and own the two songs on this CD.
