WONDERFUL
I love this collection. There is no way they could fit all the Lightfoot songs I like on four CDs I understand that, however the ones that are here are great. I have always been a Lightfoot fan since the very early 70's. The sound is good and he sings the original version on 99% of the tunes here. Gords Gold finds him re-recording a lot of the early stuff, these are the originals for the most part. Even with this set I still had to have the original albums that are out on CD now for the lost ones that didn't make it in this collection. ANYWAY what I am trying to say is, LOVE IT. You can't go wrong. There is NO ONE like Gordon Lightfoot. .

Great album
I bought this album for my husband and he just loves it and so do I.
This is a great album and a bargain too.

Gordon Lightfoot Album
Condition of box and CD's were like new. Just love this album haven't stopped listening to it since I recieved it. .

Songbook is sublime!
The songbook collection is a treasure. Gordon Lightfoot writes and sings the most moving and haunting songs of the last forty years.

Lost in the sixties tonight
Now that I am in my 60's to listen to his music now is to be lost in those days. This music was my life in the 60's. Listen to the words and you can fill a night with wonderful debate over wine and beer. Set down young stranger and and listen with a fine red dry wine. Or ride out to save the world with Don Quixote with a fruity white wine. Or Drink a toast with a Sam Adams to the Last time you saw her face. There is nothing better than being in your 60's, drinking wine and beer and reliving the 60's. I am sorry if you missed it. There was never a time like it and never will there be a another. Off into the Early Morning Rain. .
