Beautiful Songs by B Released in 2008, there are 20 tracks in total, much better than the 12 tracks B has been doing lately. A very nice collection of many of Barry's familiar and best recordings, and a few others, including 1 that was new to me. (I like the longer CDs--don't have to change them so often. ) Total album time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The tracks below are not listed in the same order as on the CD.
The beautiful Barry favorites:
1)Can't Smile Without You (3:13)
2)I Write the Songs (3:52)
3)Mandy (3:19)
4)Could It be Magic (4:16)
5)Copacabana (At the Copa) (3:57)
6)Weekend in New England (3:44)
7)The Old Songs (4:40)
8)Somewhere in the Night (3:23) (*sigh*- such a sexy song)
The slightly less known Barry recordings, but each are on other Barry albums:
9)Bermuda Triangle (3:47) (from "Live in Britain" and a few other CDs--a cute little song about going on a trip/holiday to Bermuda)
10)I Wanna Do It With You (3:37) (he he--a naughty little song from "B. M. Greatest Hits, The Platinum Collection" º
11)Let's Hang On (3:06) (from "B. M. Greatest Hits V3")
12)You've Got a Friend (Duet with Melissa Manchester) (4:44) (from "Greatest Songs of the '70s")
13)Strangers in the Night (3:07) (from the "Manilow Sings Sinatra" and "Barry Manilow Classics" and "Barry Manilow Complete Collection")
14)Stay (3:53) (from "Barry Manilow Classics")"Stay. . . why don't you stay with me tonight. . . " beautiful song. *sigh*
15)Read 'em and Weep (5:26) (from "Barry Manilow Classics" and "Barry Manilow Complete Collection" and "B. M. Greatest Hits V3")
16)Can't Take My Eyes Off You (3:47) (from "Songs of the '60s")
17)Unchained Melody (3:42) (from "Songs of the '50s" and "Beautiful Ballads and Love Songs") (If you don't remember The Righteous Brothers, I bet you remember the movie "Ghost")
18)Memory (4:55) (from "Live on Broadway" and "The Essential Barry Manilow")
19)Lonely Together (4:20) I didn't recognize the title until I heard the song, from "B. M. Greatest Hits The Platinum Collection")
(Some of these songs are on even more albums but I got tired of listing them all. )
The song that was new to me:
20)Everytime You Go Away (4:13) (The cover said it is previously unreleased--A nice little easy-listening type beat, kind of a slow song with a little beat. B also does that little track-overlay thing towards the end of the song where he records multiple layers of his voice. )I love this song.
Again, this is a very nice collection and has a nice length of about 80 minutes. (I jus niver git tared a listnin to that thar boy sing. )

It's Barry....If You're a Lover of His Music, You'll Want This.
If you are a Barry Manilow fan, you are happy to listen to him sing the phone book - good selection of old hits plus mix from his latest decades series he has done. . . no recording of any type can ever duplicate his passion and enthusiasm he shows when performing live - one downfall of this CD, it seems to be not as high of quality as say, his '80's CD - this one seems to need more volume when playing - it's a little muted on many of the selections - sure wish he would re-release "If I Should Love Again" on one of these best of his hits.
