Amazon ships annoyance
The reason you get a horrible review is because Amazon is horrible. You provided the product as promised and on time. Thier customer service rots. I ordered items direct from them that reached me weeks past the due date and they won't respond to me requests to return them. I get the same form letter garbage every time I try to contact them. Amazon is crooked. Maybe they'll find time to reply if I keep embarrassing them enough times.


Wishing for more...
I also bought this CD "single", because I am a die-hard fan & a "completist", wanting everything produced by Mann. I simply love "Red Vines" and consider it among Aimee Mann's best work. . I only wish that rarities were included with "Red Vines" rather than songs from the "Magnolia" soundtrack (which are terrific, but which I already have).

well, whether you already own the featured songs on this cd - the title track "red vines" is, in my opinion, one of the greatest (absolutely greatest!!!) songs ever - - -!! and it is absolutely worth to be bought a hundred times ;-)).


Nothing Exclusive Here...So Only 3 Stars...
The first track, "Red Vines" is taken from her latest release, "Bachelor No. Being a huge fan of the much underrated Aimee Mann, I must say that the four songs presented here are simply wonderful through and through. 2", and the remaining three tracks are all taken from the soundtrack to the film "Magnolia. " If you already own these two albums, then you don't need to buy this release of previously available recordings. Being a die hard collector, I purchased it to round out my collection, however, I must say that I am disappointed that exclusive tracks, even live recordings perhaps, weren't included on this release, which is the only reason why I gave this five-star recording only three stars. Give us some new or live material Aimee. . . we're dying for it!.
