Very Boring Release
If you are any kind of a fan of Manowar you will be extremely disappointed after hearing this. Avoid at all cost, this album is not worth any amount of money, and if was given to you as a gift then it wasn't given by a friend! Very boring, only three real rocking tracks on this release with the rest being musical interludes and narration and a bunch of useless crap.


Ups and Downs
One, the order took way to long to arrive. I love Manowar, but Amazon was really not on the ball at all with this order. Instead of the original three CD's that we ordered, only two arrived. But Amazon did do the right thing on their part as far as this issue went. They refunded our money back to us without hesitation.

Now the CD's that we did receive were of excellent quality. The sound was great and I have been singing non-stop since I received them.


A true metal opus !
I haven't really listen to this band since Hail to England,and Battle Hymns,yes I'm old. This is truly a great metal CD. Lyrics are at times corny,as always but hey that's Manowar !The production is awesome !!!Their tight sounding,and my hat is off to them for still being true to their music. I know true Manowar fans will dig this disc !.


My favorite album by Manowar!
Since I love this kind of fantasy soundtrack music and after finding out to my chagrin that the wonderful soundtrack to Conan is no longer in print, this fills the void. I love this album! It is amazing music and quite different from other Manowar work so if you do not enjoy fantasy narrative music mixed with rock you probably won't enjoy this change. If I was making a fantasy movie, this music would be a nice soundtrack! Must listen to be believed. If you want a musical odyssey in fantasy and magic, this album rocks!.


Gods of War
This time the songs seems to be created with symphonic stuff. Blood, violence, might, magic and courage are always mixed in the striking work of Manowar. Creating the chaotic atmosphere of the battle, the sadness of the falling friends and the ectasy of victory. And like most of times, The Fight for Freedom.
