Crap. This release was Manson's attempt to be like NIN and make more money off of remixes, but you know, Mansons songs aren't the type of songs that ever need to be remixed. I used to be a Manson fan, back when this came out. I am tired of someone taking decent guitar riffs, putting a crappy beat behind them and chopping the F*** out of them and that is really all this is. The only Manson fans that can listen to this are the ones that think his new crap is good. The Master In the time of ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR he showed his further creativity by doing the REMIX & REPENT - EP. Marilyn Manson as an artist created something not many where able to in the history of music. Btw: The CD was worth buying in the USA and waiting 5 weeks to be here in Germany even as they don't sell it here. . . . and it was cheaper though there were costums duty ;-). MANSON DANCE MUSIC. PARTY MUSIC. GET TOGETHER MUSIC. THIS CD IS GREAT FOR THOSE TIMES YOU WANT TO LET LOSE AND WIND DOWN. THE ACOUSTIC REQUIEM IS GREAT!THE LIVE VERSIONS OF THE SONGS ARE GREAT!THEY'RE ALL CLEAR AND UNDERSTANDABLE. THIS WAS A PERFECT IDEA MANSON HAD TO PUT THIS CD TOGETHER!YOU'LL ENJOY THIS-GET IT!. MANSON THERE'S DIFFERENT STYLES OF MUSIC ON THIS CD. THIS CD IS PERFECT IF YOU'RE HAVING A PARTY. IT WOULD KEEP THE PARTY ALIVE,AND YOU'D DEFINITELY WANT MORE MANSON MUSIC PLAYING!HE WOULD BE THE PARTY!LISTEN TO THE CD EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT HAVING A PARTY. IT'S AN EXCELLENT CD!. Marilyn Manson: REMIX & REPENT (1997) This album is a remix album, with two remixes, two live recordings, and an acoustic demo. In 1997, Marilyn Manson released his fourth album entitled, REMIX AND REPENT. A great album, but not one to match up with Manson's first three albums, or his albums to come. THE HORRIBLE PEOPLE This track is actually a remix of "The Beautiful People", and it's one hell of a remix. Love it. TOURNIQUET (Prosthetic Dance Mix) Original version from the album ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR (1996). Great remix. DRIED UP, TIED AND DEAD TO THE WORLD (Live in Utica NY) Original version from the album ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR (1996). Great live performance. ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR (Live in Hartford, CT) Original version from the album ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR (1996). Great live performance. MAN THAT YOU FEAR (Acoustic Requiem for ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR) Previously unreleased. Great acoustic version. This album was pretty impressive, but there just aren't enough tracks on here to do Manson and the band any justice.
