"The Cup of Life" (2 mixes) & "Maria" (2 mixes)


This is the best work-out music. The CD-single I have has a different cover photo, and two mixes each of "The Cup of Life" (English Radio edit and "The Dub of Life" mix) and "Maria" (Jason Nevins remix and Spanglish Radio edit). I play it when I'm weight training and I can finish one set of nine exercises in the 21 minutes the program lasts. Ricky reminds me of an important lesson every time I listen to this disc: "NOTHING CAN HOLD YOU BACK IF YOU REALLY WANT IT!!".
