5 stars "must have" I happend across Massive Attack and fell in love with their music. This is a wonderful CD. It is the perfect "chill" music. My favorite track is "Karmacoma. ".
You must be on drugs to enjoy this
I like this song. After listening to this album, I simply said "What?"
Teardrop, which lends the theme to the TV show House, is, of course, inimitable and something different.
But I enjoyed no other song on this album. This is trip-hop lounge music -- the equivalent of elevator music for the Ecstacy generation. Blecch.
The other reviewers are wayyyy off.
my soundtrack to life!
love this album. . listened to it for days without changing disc. doesn't get better than this!.
Great collection!
After that, I hunted down and listened to Butterfly Caught, Angel, Teardrop, etc. I had only vaguely heard of Massive Attack before a friend sent me a link to the Karmacoma video. I'm sure that people more familiar with Massive Attack will be able to debate the merits of which songs were chosen and which songs were left off, but if you are new to Massive Attack, rest assured that this collection is full of interesting, inventive, excellent songs worth adding to your CD collection.
Savage
One of the greatest groups to come out of London, this is a must have album.
