pleasantly surprised
I didn't know what to expect. This was really my introduction to DMB. I'd heard some of hits on the radio, but sometimes the hits don't represent the artist well. The song "Crush" got it's hooks into me, so I started listening more intently. Lots of subtle things going on in there; strings, bass, and horns. It's kind of mind blowing. Now I can see myself becoming an addict.
This music fills a niche for me. It's good to listen to when you're relaxed and alert.

It really is the Best of What's Around
A good gift for the DMB neophyte to cut their teeth on, or just a good disk to have on--anywhere you want to feel good. A great selection from a great band.
