Tracks:

Mentals at their best
From the opening deep bass of the first cut, Fine Line, the highlights start. This is a fantastic album with no weak tracks. Then there is the single, Stretchmarks on my Brain" which is fabulously catchy and typical Mentals. The climax of the album is ofcourse the "Ballad of Narelle" which contains the "beetroot stains" lyric and is a true classic. I can't help thinking that "Village Idiot" is about a current world leader either from Australia or the US but again it is very well crafted. "$25 More" is another that will be spinning in your head well after the album is finished. These musicians are true masters of their craft and this is the band at its best.
