Customer Reviews It's New and OK They, in a way, sound a lot like Dashboard Confessionals, but do possess and different beat and sound. Para Toda Vida is somewhat better than their first album. More than the songs, I was only looking for calm music I could listen to rather than loud, hard rock. It's perfect for just plain easy listening or on the road. Oh Matt... This is no exception. Everything Matt Pryor (or any Get Up Kid for that matter) touches is gold. In this project Pryor strays a bit from the standard acoustic rock of 'Never You Mind', but he manages to do so while still keeping an even flow throughout the album. I've never been a bluegrass fan, but something about the way Matt approaches the genre makes it really good. Unfortunately on his latest release 'Worse for the Wear' he loses that flow by changing song style too frequently. If you haven't heard 'Stay on the Phone' you really need to buy this album. That is probably my all-time favourite song. yeah.. I think that this cd is very good actually,but mainly i like all there songs on there cd's so it doesnt matter,New Amsterdams are awsome,whats more to say?. .
