Stop the Clocks is an excellent compilation.

4 stars out of 5 because I could have lived without some of the songs included herein, but that's a matter of taste. The vast majority of Oasis's hits are on this compilation and many of the non-hits will become favorites. I am most pleased with this purchase.


Not a greatest hits, rather a great collection.
I like 'em, just not obsessively. First off let me say that I am not the biggest Oasis fan.
For me this collection is great. Short, but great. 18 tracks, all winners, perfect for a long drive with the volume up.
I know there has been a lot of griping about what is and isn't on the CDs, I look at it like this: if I went and saw Oasis in concert and this was the playlist, I would leave a happy man indeed.
p. s. If the Sony edition with the DVD is still about, get that one. I bought it for 5 bucks, the DVD has Noel and Liam doing a track by track commentary that is both informative and humorous.
