Customer Reviews Ocean blue cd com. Wow, I remebered one of their songs and I couldn't download it on line so I searched for the album on amazon. once I found it, I didn't hesitate to order it. The funny thing was, and this was no joke, I heard the song the very mext day on the radio. I loved it!!! Pookybear21. Bring on the ocean I heard it when i attended a college along the ocean in Rhode Island. I have to agree that album brings out the optimist in me. Five years later being a beach bum in Long Island, I went to Newport to party with some friends. We met some nice ladies. At the end of the weekend WBRU had an A-Z weekend. My quick run back to Mass was filled with Ocean Blue and that was really cool. New Wave has come and gone but once in a while you get the spirit back and it is all good! I would love to see this band live. Senior class 92 Between Something and Nothing and Lovesong were played non-stop on Live 105. Like another reviewer has said, it's safe to say that this album was the soundtrack to the life of many Gen X'ers in the late eighties/early nineties. This song still evokes memories of listening to Live 105 on my low-fi car stereo in high school on treks to lunch and back. I had the LP from Tower Records, when they were still selling records in crates. To me, this album is timeless, and evokes a time in my life when I was young and carefree, and everything was new. .
