Customer Review Oldfield Platinum Collection It is a particularly good representation of Oldfields work squeezed onto a compilation. I play this 3 CD set often. There are a couple of "extended versions" that will appeal to avid collectors, like me, who may not have come across them before. It doesn't say that the tracks are remastered, but maybe they are, as the recordings seem bright and "present". Very worthwhile for anyone that has one or two Oldfield albums and needs to investigate further, or even for a collector that "needs" to have one of every conceivable version!. .
