What is the price Now the price has changed yet again. Amazon declined to publish my last review about not honoring my order at the 10/24 PROMOTED price. Since Amazon reserves the right to cancel any order, no pricing information can be trusted at anytime. .

In retail sales, a bait and switch is a form of fraud in which the party putting forth the fraud lures in customers by advertising a product or service at an unprofitably low price, then reveals to potential customers that the advertised good is not available but that a substitute is. This use of this term has extended to similar situations outside of the marketing sense.
I ordered this set three weeks ago, Amazon canceled, without any warning or email. Said it was to low, and wants more money out of me, I was told, this was canceled because its a new set, and If I want to make sure, the woman told me to call PINK FLOYD, to verify the 2009 new set, yeah we got a winner hear folks. .
Amazon you will not get anymore of my trust, and money. .
AMAZON WON't HONOR THIER OWN ADVERTISED SALE PRICE
95. Amazon ran this on sale October 24th (with at least 30 other box set titles at an equivalent savings) for $26. They refused to honor that price (after sending a confirmation and shipping date. ) They claimed an error on THEIR PART, and that they cancelled the order (It was on their system for 12 days, and disappeared without explanation. However, they have shipped some sets at that price. There is no rhyme or reason for this! People ordering after me have gotten their box (when Amazon's rep claimed all orders were cancelled, or have had their order reinstated 2 hours after I got off the phone with a particularly unprofessional Customer Service "Leader" SHODDY!.
Pink FRAUD. "o by the way...This one STINKS!"
SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS is awful in comparison to the 1994 Remaster. Sad but true, some of these remasters obviously used the wrong sources. ANIMALS as well is a HORRIBLE mastering job. The WALL was better in the last issue. 'PINK FLOYD' used to mean STATE OF THE ART at all times. NOW, in the 21st century, 'Pink Floyd' is just another brand name. Too bad they messed up the mastering of this set. When you compare ANIMALS or SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS, it's BREATHTAKING how much superior dynamic range are on the earlier Remasters!! Oh, By the Way. . . This one STINKS!.
If you don't already own the albums, then buy it!
I thought the box set was well done. The box set is definitely worth the money if you don't already own the albums. The mini vinyl sleeve replicas with the original art work was cool. The extra posters and coasters that came with the set sucked. I would have preferred a book with all the lyrics and photos, etc, instead.
I recommend buying it from a private seller to avoid paying the full price.
