favourite gospels
Thank you Amazon. This has been our favourite gospel cd for many years, lost in our last move & very happy we could still obtain it.


Easy listening
The re-mastering is very good. These CDs are nice to put on as background and just listen as you do something else. I was a little disappointed that the Jordanaires and his other backup singers were so prominent in almost all the songs, but then that's how he sang back then. This isn't the kind of Elvis music that 'knocks your socks off. ' Just very pleasant to listen to.


Amazing Grace: His Greatest Sacred Performances
This is indeed his greatest gospel CD collection. I have purchased more than 1/2 Elvis Presley Gospel CD's before I purchased Amazing Grace: His Greatest Sacred Performances. I hope the new CD's will continue to be available so that Seniors will not have to go to the MP3's to hear him sing gospel. I have given these CD's to 6 of my friends, and I have 3 copies of my own. These CD's validate that Elvis, along with Mahalia Jackson, were the greatest gospel singers of all times.

But, the transaction was easy and the shipping was quick. This was a gift and I'm assumming the quality was good because I haven't heard otherwise.
