Forever - I never paid that much attention to this album until Satisfy You was released. I remember this album when I was in the 7th grade. This album is full of Bad Boy hits. This album is hot, unique, cutting edge, and Puff's trailblazing, and as well as staying ahead of the pack. This album showcases Puff as a masterful artist and producer. This album showcases many different rap music styles featuring the best rap artists of the late 1990s. This album has been certified Platinum. Remember, this was 1999. .
2.5 stars: Puff gets my vote for best bling and best flosser of alltime.
Sorry Birdman. Nobody stunts like Puff. In 1999 BadBoy Records was still living off the success of No Way Out, Life After Death and Mase's Harlem World. So Puff steps to the plate again with Forever. The music is just okay and plays more like a compilation due to the large amount of guest stars. But like I said nobody stunts like Puff Daddy. Dude had the most diamonds and was banging Jennifer Lopez in her prime. Hell, he made JLo who she is today!
Top Joints:
Reverse (Shyne Po rips it)
Journey Through The Life (Great posse cut where Nas and Beans kill the track)
Is this the End? (Kinda Wierd Track That Works. Twista shines on it)
PE 2000 (Stuntin)
.
Weak follow up to good first album
Diddy or Puffy was going through his thug phase and the album shows it. Like many reviewers have said Bad Boy's downfall began with this weak album. The only songs that showed promise were Is This The End 2, Do You Like It and Satisy You.
Puff Daddy - Forever
With impressive guest features such as Jay-Z, Redman, Bizzy Bone and Cee-Lo who could go wrong? This album also showcases some of the new Bad Boy roster like Shyne, G. Two years after his impressive debut, "No Way Out," Puff Daddy returns with his second solo album in 1999. Dep and Mark Curry. Can Puff live up to the hype with this album or will it fall to the sophomore curse.

This is a good effort but doesn't compare to "No Way Out. " Most tracks on here are good but there's a couple that are straight up wack. The production is top notch of course. Can't speak on his lyrics because. . . . well they're not his haha. Check it out if you're a fan of Puffy Daddy or Bad Boy Records.
The worst rap album in 1999 (please believe it!!!)
We all stand corrected. Just when you thought puffaluffagus coudnt get any wacker he drops this overrated trash called "Forever" and proves us all wrong. Whats wrong with this album? Same flaws as the last one: Crappy beats, infantile lyrics and tons of guest features that dont add anything good to this
s--tfest. Decent tracks: Do you like it do you want it and
Real N---as. Filler: I hear voices, Best Friend, Is it the end part2, Satisfy you, PE 2000(what was Public Enemy thinking when they let this slut sample their classic record?), Fake thugs dedication etc. Bottom line: Puffy is a dishonorable mention that nobody wants to admit. He open up the door for all the hippop icons(Jarule, Fabolous, Mase, Loon, Chingy, Nelly etc) that you bash into submission but you never get on his case for what he did. HOW INSANE ARE YOU!!! This album is as bad as the first one and you know it! All of puffy's albums should be trampled by every soccer team in the world just like his face!.
