Decent Downtempo The album is titled "Universal Vibes" and that seems to be a pretty accurate reflection of the diversity of the tracks in this mix. I agree with the other reviewers; there are a bunch of really good head nodder tracks in this mixed bag of chilled out house music. Some of the tracks really come alive and sound like the kinds of things you'd hear in a lounge/club atmosphere. I really dig this music for studying, hanging out with friends and having some background tunes, etc.
My one complaint is that several of the tracks have an annoying sax line. I like saxophone, but it's synthesized saxophone, and it just sounds like a cheap sitcom tune. Eh, can't have everything. . the album does lose a star for it though.
Ok I am digging this CD
It is a mix bag of chill housey type music. I got it on a hunch. Some real head nodders on it. Highlights are come alive and Beautiful smile.
I love this CD
Great tripping music, even if you don't use anything! I love this CD - hypnotic, relaxing, groovy, jazzy.
Chill out at its best!!
I love this CD!!!!!. If you like CDs like "Cafe Del Mar" and "Buddha Bar", this CD is for you!!!! A mixed of jazzy electronic worldbeat with instrumental tracks and songs in English, Portuguese and French.
