Excellent CD
I first purchased this cd on its release. This is a spectacular collection of wonderful songs by a very tallented artist. I was so very pleased to be able to purchase it once again as my original cd was stolen. I could listen to this cd all day, every day!.


love, love, love !!
This is my second one. I love this CD. This first was so scratched up it wouldn't play anymore. I was so happy when I found a new copy for such a good price. We are going to thourghly enjoy this at work. We play the CD all day long and the customers seem to really like Collin's music. I've been to 10 of Collin's concerts and everyone of them is different, The only problem is that 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. isn't long enough and the crowd always agrees with me. They don't want to let him off the stage!!!.


Wonderfully put together music
I found this CD very easy on the ears. . It has all of my favorite Collin Raye songs, and it flows really well from one song to the next, while still inserting upbeat catchie hits to spice things up. .

I can tell that this man has a passion for music, he beams of it in his music. AS a big country fan, this is music that put collin raye on the map to stardom. Quality artist worth every dollar.


Missing too many essential tracks
Perhaps these songs will be included on "The Essential Collin Raye" if it is ever released. Overall this is a fine introduction to Collin Raye's work, but it is missing the hits "On The Verge", "What If Jesus Came Back LIke That", "Anyone Else" and " I Can Still Feel You", along with the key album tracks "I Volunteer" and "Dark Secrets/ The Eleventh Commandment".

[Edit] Dopey me! "I Can Still Feel You", "Anyone Else" and "Dark Secrets/ The Eleventh Commandment" were released in 1998, a year after this compilation.
