Marty Robbins Greatest Hits
It brings back very fond memories of my childhood when my mom used to wake us up with Marty Robbins songs. I love this CD. I love it!.
Great Memories/Great Talent
It brings back such good memories of home and family from my youth. I grew up listening to Marty Robbins in the 50's, and I enjoy listening to his music as much today as I did then. Robbins had a "cowboy" voice. Listening to him sing, you could picture yourself setting around a campfire out in the Wild West with a group of cowboys resting for the night.
Robbins is one of the most talented song writers and musicians that I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. "You Gave Me a Mountain" and "My Woman, My Woman, My Wife" are just a couple of my favorites and his rendition of "Red River Valley" is also superb.
.
Another Legend

The GREAT Marty Robbins
What can I say. I have been a Marty Robbins fan for many years and as far as I am concerned any song he sang was perfect.
So sorry that he is gone. Miss him always. . What a voice!.
