Return To Glory 2 of the songs are from their new album, Poets and Madmen. This is a 3 song single. These songs are guitar driven, loud, energetic, and in your face. Commissar and Drive, are distinctively newer sounding Savatage, but elements of these songs are reminiscent of the Gutter Ballet era. The third, Voyage, is an unreleased acoustic track played by former member Al Pitrelli. I have been listening to Savatage for over 15 years, and these songs are a strong addition to their catalog. BUY IT!.
Return To Glory
It effectively combines all styles of Savatage, from old to new. This is the 3 song single from their newest, Poets and Madmen. The two songs from Poets and Madmen, Commissar and Drive, are very guitar driven. They are loud, energetic, and in you face, very reminiscent of the Gutter Ballet days. Plus there is the acoustic instrumental, Voyage, which is played by former member Al Pitrelli. I've been listening to Savatage for over 15 years, and these songs are quite a strong addition to their catalog. BUY IT!!!!!.
