The Same As Before
No matter if you are a fan or not buy it you will like it. Here we are again here is another great cd by my favorite country music groups around Sawyer Brown. - Rondall Banks.

Happy,happy, fun,fun, music from the 8o ths
There is always a relief to listen to a group like Sawyer Brown how brings joy on every tracks on this one with very few letdowns. This is very lighthearted music. Sometimes the songs sounds much the same, but that doesn`t take a way the fun aspect to listen to it all trough. Track 1 Lady of the Evening is anway good listen musicwise. The weak point is the vocal, sorry to say. I just wonder what Eagles member Glen Frey could get out of this one. Track 2 The fast up tempo beat song Better be some Tears fit`s anyway the vocal better. The ballads are the weak points on this on. To pompous in a way. The Title Track 4 Out goin` cattin, is anyway a great flashback to the 80 ths. Track 5 The house won`t rock kicks some ass to . To sum it up with few words: This is happy, happy, fun, fun, music from the lighthearted parts of the 80 ths. This is rockabilly, country, disco, hybrid music. Few thing wrong about that, as Sawyer Brown doin it. The Shakin Stevens inspired Track 9 Savin the honey for the honeymoon, is anyway a great listen and my favourite track on this one. A dont worry, be happy CD, is the conclusion on this one.

Typical early album from fun rocking country band
They are joined on Out going catting, a song about having a good time, by the Oak Ridge Boys, a brilliant country group of the eighties who may have been a big influence on Sawyer Brown. Never a band to be taken too seriously, at least in their early albums, Sawyer Brown emphasised their sense of fun with the title track from this album.

The title track was main (perhaps only) country hit from the album, but the other songs are worth a listen. Like so many of their albums, this contains a mix of ballads and rocking songs, but rocking is what they do best. Although they have recorded the occasional cover version, this album appears to be made up of entirely original songs, mostly written or co-written by lead singer Mark Miller.

This is not the strongest album they released by any means, but it is very enjoyable and it's a bargain at the price.

Great songs from when Coutry was new to me
Sawyer Brown & the beautiful Charly McClain were the first two country cassettes I owned. I remember this from the days when my hair was a bit too long and heavy metal was my preference. This is great music from WAY back when the 30somethings were kids. A must for those who like to travel back from time to time.
