It was excellent music with great arrangements. This was a music CD by Boz Scaggs. The man singing on the CD (Boz) sings with amazing emotions. I was very happy with the purchase. I heard him sing before on the radio and then I looked for a way to purchase a CD.


Boz At His Bluesiest
Scaggs and I own just about every release he has put out. I am a huge fan of Mr. (The Japanese imports are wonderful).
This album is pure, upbeat blues and it is happening.
Buy this disc for your morning ride to work to get you moving, and get the album, "Fade into Light" for the evening with a glass of wine and time with someone special.

its a master piece of blues and soul and one big groove. I agree with all the 5 star reviews out there, have always like Boz, ok maybe not the "lido' days so much ,but it worked for the time.


The Voice That Never Gets Tiresome!
There is not one mediocre song on it. I was so excited to find out Boz did a blues cd, I got it immediately and it still moves me tremendously every time I listen to it. If I was stranded on an island and could have only one cd, this would be it! His voice is so smooth and the arrangements are top-notch, the playing excellent. Now he has a new cd coming, sounds like it might be straight-ahead blues too, can't wait! I have always loved Boz and I have always loved the Blues; the 2 are a perfect duo! .
