Dig isn't only a great album with superior musicianship
including TOTO members David Paich and Steve Lukather, who joined him through his Platin aera between 1976 and 1981, it's one of his best CD's for a long time. Glad that Boz is back since his last release "Come on home" in 1997. Favorite tracks: Vanishing point, Payday, Miss Riddle, Call that love and Thanks to you. Play it loud !.

Boz At His Best
I saw him in concert in Clearwater, FL two years ago. I love Boz Scaggs. It was one of the best concert's I've seen, and I've seen quite a few. Dig is authentic Boz. Dig may be one of Boz's best. It reflects a maturity and honing of his craft that is very rewarding. The only problem I have with Boz is that we don't see enough of him.

Miss Riddle
This is one of those songs that when you first hear it, stays with you for a long time. . . . first heard and knew I had to have the album.

Of the 11 tracks, 5 are winners. . . . check our "Get on the Natch", different for Boz, but will wake you up in the morning!

Highly recommend this CD.

Dig this disc
Every song is great but the slow burn songs like Miss Riddle, Desire, and Thanks To You make my hair stand on end. Wow! After repeated listens, Dig has easily turned into my favorite Boz album. The recording and musicianship are superior with Boz giving us his best fretwork ever. And the vocals. Ooooh the vocals! Smoky, Soulful, and pure Boz. The Dolby 5. 1 mix will just suck you in even further. The behind the scenes feature is very insightful too. Please Boz, don't make the fans wait another five years for the next one.

Dig It!
It may take you away from the distressing news of the past few days. If you love Jazz and R&B you owe it to yourself to get into this album. I needed a break from the 24/7 coverage of the horror we have just witnessed. This music really helped me to remove myself from the world for a little while. It's not exactly happy music but is quite minimally beautiful. Be sure you have Dolby Digital Surround Sound either on board your DVD player or your receiver you will be impressed with the location of the instruments and percussion. Ironically it was released on 09-11-01. Peace and Eternal Love. My heart goes out to those who were lost on that fateful day.
