classic weasel
I'm mid 40s. This was originally put out in 92. It is as great as the My Brain Hurts early stuff. Certainly not a middle rated 3 stars as earlier rating says. Weasel/Jughead/Vapid don't get no better than that. Classic post 70's version 2. 0 punk. 5 stars all the way.


one of their weakest
If you're new to Screeching Weasel, check out MY BRAIN HURTS or ANTHEM FOR A NEW TOMORROW; each album as a slew of great songs. Screeching Weasel has put out a number of great albums over the years, thanks to Ben Weasel's immense songwriting talent. WIGGLE was made between those 2 albums, but strangely is quite uneven and has just a few great songs. According to the liner notes on the CD, the band was feeling the pressure from the relative success they had with MY BRAIN HURTS. Oh well. WIGGLE is still a good album, and worth buying, but it's far from their best. The remastered version of the album has a few extra songs which are excellent.
