I'm a big fan of the BVSC this makes a good accompanyment to your collection. The quality of the sound & variety of the duets makes this album an even more appealing listen.


Destined to be a classic
Soaring melodies sung by a man with a mature, caressing voice. Rich sound textures. Dynamic stylistic differences between Segundo and the various duet partners. Superb instrumentals. What more can one ask? These tender performances of traditional Cuban music bring out the best of the style.
