Pretty good stuff
On buying this cd I put the second cd on straight away and was blown away from it! Especially by Trash. it is pretty explosive! I think the melodies to the treck "untitled" are really good and its a good tune to chill out to. I think that the Ana's song remix sounds better than it does on Neon Ballroom. I really like Punk song 2 although I wouldn't classify it as a punk song it really does hit a high note for me! The first cd is okay. . . I like the dynamics used on Anthem for the Year 2000 that were not used in Neon Ballroom. . . . I wouldn't have bought this as Sony released it when they were coming to the end of their contract with Silverchair. . Silverchair did not actually give them permission to do it. But still, the cover songs are great.


Great Hits Collection From An Awesome Band!
Overall, this Cd is excellent and you would like it if you are a fan of Silverchair!. This album includes all of Silverchairs hits, and their B sides which are pretty rare to find.


nothing special
If you are a hardcore fan, like me, and have all the singles, b-sides, soundtracks, and the Freak Box you already have copies of most if not all of these songs. I LOVE silverchair but this was a disapointment. The only advantage is to have it all on one CD and not have the songs spread out over mass quantities of CD's. For serious 'chair fans it's great just to have in your collection, but other wise, don't give their former record company another way to make money off of you or their former clients.
