This is great. I love the songs: Me Against The World, Crazy, One, Perfect World, and Welcome To My Life. This is a very good Simple Plan CD. A must buy!.
Critique
That might not mean anything to you (the reader of my review) but let me tell you, it means something to me. I never thought in a million years I would ever buy a Simple Plan CD. Allow me to explain. When I was about 13 years old, I fist heard Simple Plan on my cousins Scooby Doo soundtrack. I thought it was okay for a half an hour or so, but as I listened to the track a few times and I felt the theme was too immature, and I was only 13. Later on as I got into more music as merged into puberty I started to like pop punk bands like Good Charlotte, Green Day(slightly prior to American Idiot) and most particularly I loved Blink 182, but in this time period I did not like Simple Plan. In fact, I remember I made a conscience decision to hate them. It sounds silly, but I was 14 and this band was almost fun to hate. Later on my disliking of the band increased as I got into a heavier more old school punk rock scene. Sure I wasn't exactly the antisocial person, but I did own a Minor Threat cd, and was totally into the Clash, Ramones and plenty of the so called "real punk music. " The word poser didn't even begin to explain my feelings of dislike for Simple Plan. Then something happened to me. I can't explain it but towards the end of my Junior and Senior year of High School I began to not care about social status of the music. I thought to myself, maybe there's something enjoyable in all these different artists like Britney Spears, Back Street boys that I choose to dislike because society seems to imply that I shouldn't like them. I should like things for they what they are, not hate them what they aren't. Well, I may not be listening to Britney Spears or Backstreet boys at present, but this thought process eventually lead to me to buying a Simple Plan album. And believe it or not I enjoyed it. Don't get me wrong, I like artists such as The Who, White Stripes, Eric Clapton, and the Punk rock bands I already mentioned, but I also happen to like Simple Plan(though I hardly think they can be compared to the previously artists). Sure the message can be very immature, and gooofy, but that's because it's not meant to be taken seriously, and even if it is, its still fun to enjoy it with its unintentionally stupid, but yet enjoyable lyrics. Trust me, once you learn that the bands ooohhhh feel sorry for me look doesn't have to, nor probably should it apply to your own life, you got something enjoyable behind their catchy lyrics, and you don't need to rebel against something you can enjoy.
And on top of all this, regardless of how you feel about Simple Plan's music, the song "Crazy" is a surprisingly moral unrighteous critique on modern society. It ridicules selfish indifference, and false priorities. For me personally, the message really does make song the much more enjoyable, and due to the lack of sexual lyrics and images on this album as opposed to the first one, I feel this album is much more suitable to review.

Great Band and Album
Simple Plan sings song about how you're all kicked and pushed around. I would have to seriously disagree with all the people who wrote bad comments about the band. Some of you other reviewers don't even know what it's like to experience things like this, so you really shouldn't say anything bad about it. It's a really encouraging album that tells kids to rise up. Songs like "Shut Up!" really tells you what to do when someone always bothers you and stuff.
The Tradesman battle away
Very little talent but through sheer hard work they have become a renowned band. Simple Plan are rock's true tradesman. All the people who flame them have to understand these guys are just trying to carve a career like you or me and guess what? they are suceeding. The fact that I'd rather eat glass than listen to it is not the point, because of their approach they will constantly improve as musicians and songwriters. For now though appreciate this album for what it is a fun album by young, uncomprising males who refused to give ground and are now reaping the benefits. Another thing I don't recommend this long Player to those who look for virtuoso singing, you are better of elsewhere. Thanks for your time.
I'm sorry I'm such a whiney brat!!!
I mean think about there biggest hits. All Simple Plan does is complain. "Im sorry I can't be perfect" I mean come on. I honestly can't stand Simple Plan, so I can't say whether this is one of their best or not, but its awful either way. Don't buy this no matter what, unless you want to be depressed and annoyed by the lead singers whine.
