Poem For example, if you were to put "Transparent" right after "Mine," it almost seemlessly gets rid of the abrupt ending to "Mine. The B-sides included on this single, "Transparent" and "Free," fill in some empty spaces on Welcome. " Placing "Free" after "Poem" also helps the album flow a little better. It's a shame that they were cut from Welcome, as they are far better than half the album itself.
1. "Poem" - the first single off of Taproot's sophomore album, Welcome. The song is the obvious bridge between the debut album, Gift, and Welcome. The vocals are powerful and the track is nice and heavy.
2. "Transparent" - This song seemlessly combines Stephen's powerful screaming vocals with his amazing singing voice. The track is really heavy and is one of the best songs I've ever heard cut from an album.
3. "Free" - This song has some amazing riffs. I'm not a guitarist or anything, but they sound amazingly hard to play. The vocals are great. Another one of the best songs I've ever heard cut from an album.
