Never get tired of it She's 27 and just had a baby two months ago. My daughter just asked me for a Thin Lizzy CD. It's funny, she plays the CD ( Jailbreak) when her little baby girl needs lullabye music. I thought, that's odd - Thin Lizzy don't put me to sleep, they get me all fired up. But good music is good music and who am I to judge someone else's response to it?
I told her that if she wants to hear the best Thin Lizzy album, then she's gotta hear Live and Dangerous. I only had it on vinyl so I just got it a few weeks ago on CD from Amazon. I had a hard time getting it out of my CD player because I was enjoying it so much.
Thin Lizzy have got to be one of the top 25 best rock bands ever. At least they are to me. And this is their best recording.
IT'S PRETTY GOOD
IF YOU'RE A THIN LIZZY FAN, T'S WORTH THE MONEY, IN MY OPINION. THE SOUND QUALITY COULD BE BETTER, BUT CONSIDERING THE AGE OF THE PERFORMANCES IT'S NOT TOO BAD.
live and dangerous
. I was at this show at the rainbow in London, many years ago, great live show, the dvd is not as good as the live album, many of the good songs are missing from the dvd set, overall not bad, always good to have lizzie live on dvd.
Terrible sound quality
Do not waist your money on this DVD like i did. I expected a lot from this DVD but what a disappointment, the sound quality is just terrible.
