Customer Review HATE HEAVY VEGETABLE? BUY THIS ANYWAY. This album (all eight songs) is not only his most consistent, but his most thoroughly and startlingly beautiful. Rob Crow, one half of Thingy, is one of those hit-and-mostly-miss singer-songwriters like Robert Pollard or the guy from Califone. It's mostly acoustic, and the lyrics are brilliant in a Steven Malkmus kind of way. The way his voice intertwines with the other vocalist (who has an unaffected, campfire sort of voice) is simply orgasmic. Buy it buy it buy it.
