Instant favorite
The songs are upbeat, and the lyrics are fun. I bought this CD for my 6-year old son after reading many positive reviews, and he loved it! I have since purchased it as a birthday gift for a number of friends' kids. My son's favorite song is "when the alarm clock rings".


Best for all generations
I LOVED it and am ordering it for another family of grandchildren. My granddaughter played this on her portable cd player as we fell asleep in a motel room on a recent trip. The lyrics are fun for adults and children alike and the music is sophisticated enough for adults to enjoy. "My Favorite Jeans" is one we can all identify with.


Wacky - good clean humor and fun.
Couldn't wait for my daughter to get busy so I'd have a reason to buy the CD. I bought this for my grandkids -- I've seen TFIA many times live before I had grandkids.


CDs for Kidlets
Big Round World is an album filled with catchy tunes that will stay in your brain. Trout Fishing in America - a very strange name for a great band for kids and parents. Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks is my grand-niece's, and my, favorite tune.


Instant Favorite!
We couldn't be happier. We loved this! We bought this CD for our six year old after seeing it on NPR's best Kids albums for 2008. Our child loves it and we also enjoy hearing it again and again. It spans many types of music including folk, pop and rock. It is very upbeat and fun! The band collaborated with classroom kids to create a variety of music that includes humor and education. I have already given it as a gift to another family.
