great
it was a good deal and this is the second time you have asked me to do this, now leave me alone.

"The Best Friend A Song Ever Had"
Conway had 55 No. Conway Twitty is absolutely without a doubt the "Greatest Of The Greatest". 1 Hits before his untimely death in June, 1993. Everyone referred to Conway in country music as "The High Priest Of Country Music", and he will always be remembered as "The Best Friend A Song Ever Had". There were many real great singers in country music; but my personal opinion, Conway Twitty was the "GREATEST" of them all. .

CRAZY IN LOVE/ CONWAY TWITTY
THE SONGS ARE GREAT. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL ALBUM. "I'M TIRED OF BEING NOTHING THAT MEANS NOTHING TO YOU" IS WONDERFUL, THE TITLE" CRAZY IN LOVE", JUST SUPER," A BRIDGE I DIDN'T BURN" THEY ARE ALL GREAT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS ONE, OF COURSE I SAY THAT ALL THE TIME, BUT I LOVE HIS SINGING, HE WAS THE FOR ME THE GREATEST, AND THIS CD WILL PROVE IT, AS DOES HIS OTHERS. THE SONGS I MENTIONED ABOVE JUST HAVE TO BE HEARD, ALONG WITH THE REST. I REALLY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS CD, EXCEPT: IF YOU LOVE HIM, YOU'LL LOVE THIS. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HIM, JUST LISTEN TO THE SAMPLE SONGS, DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ONE, IT IS HARD TO COME BY.

the fifth decade: the '90s
what was more amazing is that 54 of those 76 Top-10 hits reached #1. when this CD came out in late 1990, Conway Twitty had reached the Top-10 a total of 76 times (three of those Top-10 hits were on the pop charts) in a career reaching back to 1958. when "Crazy In Love" reached #1 on Cashbox in late 1990 it became his 55th #1 hit but remained on the charts for five months AFTER it hit the top! two other hits off the album: "I Could't See You Leavin" reached #2 in early 1991 and "One Bridge I Didn't Burn" hit #31 in Cashbox by the summer of 1991. the other songs are remarkable and show an artist willing to embrace the new country sound. he wouldn't have another Top-10 or #1 after the success of this album and that was a shame. "Just The Thought of Losing You", "Shadow of Your Distant Friend", and "What's Another Goodbye?" are my other favorites.

Great Conway CD
I did not hear a bad song on it, done in that great Conway style. This is an excellent CD. There are some CD's that every Conway fan should have, this is definitely one of them. It is worth the price.
