U2 - Yea If you have new to U2, this will be a great buy. What can you say about U2? This band has been at the front of the music scene for years. If you have been "in", may want to check the playlist, as you probably have most of these tunes. If you are looking for another band that is changing the field, as U2 did sooo many years ago, check out The Everybodyfields. They have some driving harmonies and song writing that is top notch. Listen - buy!. Joy Although it doesn't have a lot of songs I think should be on it, and some that baffle me, it still stands as a strong representation of their work over their career. I really enjoyed this CD/DVD combo. . good music the quality is excellent the duration the good one can be felt the atmosphere from the comfort in your house. very in agreement, this DVD with the CD of audio is a great concert, I am not following of U2 but my fiancče she is it, has enchanted to him if they want to be well this is a good one gives. . Lame!! I have been a die hard U2 fan since, well, a long time. . until their let's-play-it-safe-music-by-formula new albums All that you can leave behind and How to dismantle an atomic bomb. That fact that this new plot for $$$ totally misses their best music blows me away. . . I know, I know this one is for casual fans based on the popularity of the songs, and boy!!! do this compilation pales in comparison to their best (Not necessarily most commercial) songs. Missing gems: I will follow, Twilight, Gloria, October, Drowning man, Two hearts beat as one, Indian summer sky, the unforgettable fire, The fly, even better than the real thing, Numb, LEMON (LEAVING THIS ONE OUT IS UNFORGIVABLE), Dirty days, Discotheque, Gone, do you feel loved, Last night on earth, if God will send his angels, Staring at the sun and the ground beneath her feet. Any combination of those songs plus With or without you, one, vertigo and new year's day woulds have swiped the floor with this "18 singles" joke If you are looking for U2's best music driven by teenage will or experimentation buy the Boy-October-War and Actung-Zooropa-Discotheque trilogies. Cheers PS: Yes I know the singles are the ones that got released and were given airplay and stuff, but it still blows me away how they re-sell the same old tired (once great) songs.
