"Como la cabeza al sombrero" is a more ambitious, mature project with truly delicious songs, above all "Sara" and "La Piedra Redonda", a pop tune that injects hope and energy to whomever listens to it. I had this album in 1988 right after I discovered EUDLF through "Nuevas Mezclas"(my favorite EUDLF album). This CD has two extra tracks (instrumental) not present in previous versions, including the Spanish CD (which I have) and the older vinyl version.
As in other reviews, this band is excellent for those who also learn Spanish as a second language: beautiful, surrealistic yet easy-to-understand lyrics. No one will be disappointed with this CD.


The Best album in Spain and possibly the world in 1988.
Manolo Garcia, the lead vocalist, really comes to life in this album and shows how eclectic he is musically. There is not a single thing I dislike in this album. In "En los Arboles", he sings in Spanish a song that is with arab/middle eastern intonations, the first time I have ever heard Spanish sung arabic style, truly beautiful! All the songs have a great beat and rhythm to them and are pop and rock sounding. The lyrics are deep and poetic, showing great intellectual depth and meaning. This album is an inspiration for me and I'm sure it will be for anyone else who is fortunate enough to listen to it.


an excellent album
Manolo Garcia and Quimi Portet made excellents songs and music toghether and now separately. This is my one of my favourites albums of the Ultimo de la Fila, the best group from Spain. Their songs like:"insurrección","Quien eres tu?","Tu me sobrevuelas". . . are fantastics.
