good minus sound
My main beef is just the sound quality of the recording. Unwritten Law rules and the dvd is great and they perform really well. It sounds nearly mono. The bass is very muffled. The mix job or maybe the tracking job just seems to be lacking. . but overall its a good dvd and cd. Certainly a must have for any Unwritten Law fan.

Unwritten Law is another one of those bands that achieved levels of success in the standard music industry that found a more comfortable home on the Suburban Noize Label. From Sorgatron. With their latest album/DVD combo, "Live and Lawless", we get to see the longtime band in their live element, as most groups are most truely represented.

As with Suburban Noize's hed pe "DIY Guys" earlier this year, "Live and Lawless" was recorded at the famous Key Club. This time, though, instead of a documentary, we have a DVD of the performance that matches up with the CD. So much so that the first eleven tracks are exactly the same as on the DVD. On top of this we have a music video and a band interview that really give you the bang for your buck.

The whole package packs all of the favorite Unwritten Law songs and vibe that have helped the band stay on top for so long.


The law is awesome great live dvd and album
5 stars. Unwritten law on CD live, unwritten law live on DVD too AWESOME!!! If you haven't seen or heard them, this is the law at their best.


Unwritten law fan
If you have never seen them in concert than you can put on this cd and you will think that your front row of the show. If your a true fan of this band than you should get this cd. This is a keeper if you also like live CD's.
