Bryan White CD Since Amazon makes it so easy and fun to shop, I typed in his name and found more CD's that I didn't know existed. When I first heard of Bryan White, I was impressed, so I bought his second CD (Now and Forever). I was able to listen to samples of this CD and the other albums he has made. Boy was I missing out, so I bought the rest of them to add to my collection.
If you like update new country music, you will like Bryan White. I will be a loyal fan.
What a great CD
Songs like "Someone Else's Star" and "Rebecca Lynn" are becoming country classics. This is one of my favorite CDs of all time, and the CD that launched Bryan White's career. Even though it was released almost 15 years ago, these songs are timeless. Love it!.
WHAT DID YOU DO (TO DESERVE 5 STARS)
The first time I saw the CD cover, it couldn't help but gave me the very notion of another good-looking, cute singer who tended to sell his look more than his talent but I was totally wrong with that! After listening to all his songs, it'd brought back some good old memories of my childhood. This was an amazing debut album from a new young country face. There were lots of joy and fun within these songs and they never failed to put a smile on my face everytime I listened to these fine tunes. His voice was great but more than that, it seemed that he sang from his heart. You could tell that from the song 'Someone Else's Star' which later became one of my all time favorite songs. The lyric was so fantastic and I think many listeners could relate to it for having similar experiences ( just count me in!) For those who may think that he's cute and that's all, please do not judge a book by its cover. Give this man a chance and give his CD a whirl, you may agree with me. I also recommend his follow up albums but I like this one the best.
Great Music
I had to buy it and turns out I was hooked instantlly. Bryan really shows his capability with songs of a variety of vocal range on this album. He selects great music and knows what his fans love. Also his Love Is The Right Place and Greatest Hits are worth getting. All his albums are packed full of awesome songs and he plays the drums and sings on the Love Is The Right Place cd, talk about multitalented!!.
Great debut album
Now he is more country/pop, but this album is filled with some great country songs. A good debut album for Bryan, this shows him at his most 'country'. "Rebecca Lynn" and "Someone else's star" were favourites of my 11 yr old daughter when they first came out on radio, and started her into enjoying country music. Unfortunately though, as seems to happen to young country performers, like Bryan, and LeAnn, they do tend to go more crossover as they get older. But, to each his own, and this album is certainly worth having for people who enjoy the more country style of songs by Bryan.
