Awe inspiring emotional feast!
The blend of metal, symphony and Latin chants just blew me away. Hadn't heard this band until recently. If you want something different, and have an open mind to new music, get this CD!.


A Masterpiece !!!
Emotionally draining yet beautifully arranged. A deeply moving, dramatic and soul wrenching journey. Sharp yet delicate. Raw yet soothing. Symphonic metal at it's most elegant level. Simply superb!!!.


Awesome CD!!!
I keep playing these songs over and over on my iPod, and every rock / metal mix I make for my car has at least one song from "The Heart of Everything" on it. When I first saw the music video for "What Have You Done Now" I immediately purchased "The Heart of Everything" and I'm very pleased that I did! There are many strong tracks, notably "Frozen", "The Howling", "Stand My Ground", "The Cross" and "Our Solemn Hour".

I simply cannot rate them high enough! But don't take my word on it, check out one of their music videos on YouTube for yourself - that's the way I got hooked!.


I enjoyed this cd!


Well I went out and picked up this release up and enjoyed it 100 times more than the Mother Earth release. After dumping on the Mother Earth release, I felt I owed these guys another listen. Why, it's simple really, like the Mother Earth cd, the musicianship and quality of the tunes are excellent, the biggest difference is that the singer sings with gusto!!! Instead of showing off her 4 octave voice in every freakin' song and singing quietly for lack of a better word, this time out she sings with balls. The difference is amazing. It's like listening to a different singer all together.

I'd recommend this cd to anyone as it rocks. This is how this band should sound!! .


Very very good!
I find myself throwing it in again and again. I was very pleasantly surprised with this CD. She has a wonderful voice. Great songwriting. I feel like I am on Broadway some moments, and others rocking out at a metal concert. I kind of think it is Abba meets Dream Theater. Weird combo, but it really works. I will be buying other "Within Temptation" CDs and hope they continue to pump out the music.
