From A Musicians Stand Point This Is Rob's Best Solo Album [So Far]
Zombie has done

And idk why honestly Rob literaly has one of the best Guitarists in the world at his hand's

JOhn 5 Is one of the best guitarists on the scene right now check out his solo stuff if you don't know how good he is

John's also been a studio and live guitar player for Rob Halford, David Lee Roth, Marilyn Manson Of Coarse, Paul Stanley, Robin Zander, Ozzy, Lita Ford, Lynard Skynard, KD Lang, Two, Garbage, Meatloaf, Scorpions, Staic X, Skid Row

John has been around the block and he show's his stuff here the rest of the backing band is great Tommy's a great fast paced drummer, And Piggy D Offers some good armospheric bass lines

1. There are people split on this album are split into two camps

They either love it and usually think it's Rob's best solo work or they strongly dislike and think it's the worst thing Mr. Sawdust In The Blood- An intro a pretty good one just piano and guitar playing set's the mood for the album 5/5

2. American Witch- Starting off with a great guitar rift and killer bass line this became a big hit for Zombie in 2006 and in my books it's already a classic Zombie track 5/5

3. Foxy, Foxy- There were people who we're very mixed on this song I like it cause it is different from Rob's other stuff kind of a sexual groove to it and it sound's like he's having fun on the track as well 5/5

4. The Scorpion Sleeps- A Great intro by John 5 lead's to a killer drum intro from Tommy then we are on to one of Zombie's most unique song's the Arabian vibe that the song has is very interesting and I love the guitar solo 5/5

5. The Scorpion Sleeps- Now this track did take me awhile to get used to cause yes it does have a very similar beat to Rock N Roll Pt. 2 I love Tommy's drumming on this track show's he is a very good player, But the song took some getting used to cause it's like a sports anthem ZOMBIE style 4/5

6. Let It Sleep- A Pretty good guitar instrumental but I wish it we're an actual song with only 11 tracks I don't think it was necessary for another filler 3/5

7. Let It All Bleed Out- Fantastic hard rock track! With a great drum beat lovely bass line and John's great guitar playing this is one of Zombie's best tracks just fantastic and John's solo and breakdown is beautiful I love it 5/5

8. Death Of It All- A Very interesting Zombie song it has the first acoustics there's been on ANY Zombie song since White Zombies I Am Legend.
The song's about Bonnie & Clyde and the guitar rifts from John is very atmospheric and gives a creepy vibe and the bass also gives it a dark vibe a very good song 5/5

9. Ride- My least favorite track it's not bad it just took me awhile to get into it it's a good hard rock song the guitar is pretty basic as is the drumming and bass, It's a good song just not great it doesn't have good rifts and is just very blah but I give it a 4/5

10. The Devil's Rejects- Great bluesy song it has an old school vibe to it and the piano also make's it very dark I love this song it's dark and has many different styles incorporated into it 5/5

11. The Lord's Of Salem- The best song on the album! This one was recorded live it is fantastic the band is in top form here!

John give's a mean rift as does Piggy and john get's the drumming going into this twisted song that end's with a great breakdown from the band also check out the video! 5/5.

Faster paced
It has a faster pace than other products Rob Zombie has put out and has a nice flow to the song organization throughout the play. I really was surprised with how enjoyable this album is to listen to. I just wish it were longer. It starts strong and leaves a nice pleasant finish on the pallet. Couldn't ask for anything more from a classic Metal Master. A modern application of an old school Metal Head. The "Sound" is like Agent Orange only more Metal and not so much Punk.

it sucks.
rob zombie can draw, he can sing, compose music and direct movies but he can't do em all at the same time and make em worth while. yes im gonna say it. this album was the first album by rob I ever took directly back tot he music store after listening to it and tryed to return it because it sucked so bad.
there's barely anything on here worth listening to and the songs that ar eokay have pieces to em that seem like he was just going through the motions or should ahve stopped a little earlier than he did. dont ge tme wrong, listenign to sherry moon zombie moan 'oh yeah give it to me baby" in a loop is hot but it gets annoying after you hear her say it after tow or three loops.
the only song really that sticks out is let it all bleed out as worth listening to. hoefully this album is not a sign of things to come for mr. zombie and he'll get back to his hellbilly roots we've all known to love. .

Got it for the Foxy Foxy track
Well, it's ok, but not quite as good as I had expected. Now, I'm not a huge Zombie fan, but I really liked Hellbilly Deluxe, and once I recently saw the video for Foxy Foxy, I figured I should invest in another Zombie album. 3 stars. Now I wish I would have just downloaded the individual tracks in mp3, but Amazon didn't have that option, at least not yet at the time.

From an 8 year Rob Zombie fan (as of 2008)
And having bought "The Sinister Urge" when it first came out, as well as owning "Hellbilly Deluxe" and "American Made Music to Strip By", I bought "Educated Horses" when it first came out around two years ago. I've been a fan of Rob Zombie's for nearly eight years, since I was a child of 11-12.

It's not that the album is horrible as it is showing that Rob is limiting his musical style, and stripping away the gaudy comic/gothic horror element of his previous three albums. It is less of the comic/gothic horror, and more of the trashy style we've come to expect from him as of late, so that's really no surprise.

The surprise comes from the fact that ALL of the songs on this album follow that format, rather than having some variety. The same goes for his musical and vocal stylings. No more does he do the throaty singing style prevelant in songs like "The Great American Nightmare", "Dragula", the chorus of "Superbeast", or the scratchy shrill-pitched ones like "I'm Your Boogeyman", the vocals of "Superbeast", etcetera. Instead, he uses the same singing style as in songs like "Dead Girl Superstar" and "Feel So Numb". The style isn't terrible, I just wish Rob would use more variety to his singing voice like he used to.

Little else is very memorable to the album regarding the guitar or drums or bass. One of the best songs on the album is "The Devil's Rejects" which feels the way it probably was meant to be, a sequel to the song (and movie) "House of 1000 Corpses", managing to be its own song while sounding related to the first.
