This is a neat song in the key of Eb.  It uses the chords Eb, Ab, Bb and
Cm.  I would suggest using the folling shapes: D, G, A, Bm, respectively
with capo on I.  Or C, F, G, Am, with the capo on III.  Tempo is about 110.
The chord progression goes through the intro, then the first verse section
*twice* (substiting the Eb in parenthesis the second time through), then
verse 3, and then the outro.  I have the neat guitar riff at the bottom.
