This is a transcription of the song "Ballad For Kay" from Acoustic Alchemy.  It 
appears at the album "Natural Elements".  It is a simplified version of the work
done by Mikael Larsson.  I had improve it only on the way of how to play it, making
it easier to play.  The original work were harder to play, hope you like this
simplified version which uses some opens strings.

This is a transcription on the song "Ballad For Kay" from the Acoustic Alchemy album
"Natural Elements". It's a guitar duet with rythm and solo guitar. This transcription
