The picking sequence for the opening bar is as follows, repeated - slide up 2 frets, D string, to get base run sequence.  The remainder uses the same style picking out the base runs (which you can get from the record) using the chords shown.

Between verses, play base on D string from fret 2 to 4 to 2 to 4 to 5 to 4 to 5 then to G string 4th fret, then move to B7 shape before returning to the Em sequence.
Play Fmaj7 using standard F-shape with open top E.
