Well, here it is.  My first transcription submission.  I figured I was
close.

 

You'll find that the chords and notes are all right on the money.

 

The only curve ball may be the Bb/D chord, which is the only uncommon

 

chord not represent in tab (see the below chart).  Naturally, you will

have to supplement my transcription with some emulation by ear.

 

Kudos to Carrie Mitnick for turning me on to the Barenaked Ladies.
