Better Than Ezra's Good is very simple. The bass player plays it on a five string, but if you tune the E to a D on a four string it works. This is the tab for both. Five-String: A---------3-3-3-3---------1-1-1-1 E-1-1-1-1------------------------ B-----------------3-3-3-3-------- Four-String A---------3-3-3-3---------1-1-1-1 D-3-3-3-3---------0-0-0-0-------- There you go.
