Eva Cassidy - Over The Rainbow

This is the song 'Over the Rainbow' taken from Eva Cassidy's album
'Songbird'.  I decided to tab out this song after reading John
most of the chords that he has used, he barely shows the picking
pattern at all, and so I believe my version to be far more complete.

My chord naming is not all it could be, so if anyone can offer the
names of chords I have omitted, or just got wrong, then I would
appreciate it.

Also, because the guitar in the song can be drowned out by the
vocals & strings, there are some sections that may not be note for
note perfect.  However, this is about as good as I can get it
without driving myself mad!
