This sounds like it is played with one 6-string acoustic guitar and one 
electric guitar both with standard (EADGBE) tuning. This tablature is 
my own work, it may be distributed freely.

Guitar Setup:
Acoustic 1	None.
Electric 1	On a Line6 POD, I use a Rectified with 50% Compressor. At
		certain times (like 1:03) - it sounds like it's going through
		a Wah pedal, left mostly closed.

Playing:
This is pretty straight-forward. Listen to the tune for the changes and
arrangment. I couldn't figure out the chords in the bridge and I excluded the
outro too.
