I'm pretty sure this is right and it sounds just right to me.

Dropped D Tuning (low to high D A D G B E)

Verse Part 1:
(chorus and reverb)
E:-------------
B:-------------
G:-------------
D:----5-----4-- over and over
A:--0h2-----3--
D:--0h2----22--

Verse Part 2:
B:-----------------------
G:--9-9-9-9/12-12/15\14--
D:-----------------------
A:--7-7-7-7/10-10/13\12--
D:-----------------------

Verse Part 3:
G:-------------------
D:------2)3(2~~-0----
A:--0-------------0--
D:--0----------------

The chorus is pretty much just the verse with distortion. When it gets quiet
and then the feedback comes in you can play a harmonic on the E string at 7
to get the right sound.
