Standard tuning. It sounds like he is playing a classical/nylon string guitar for this song. 
The chord shapes seem to be mostly accurate but listen to the song for
variations in the picking style. Playing partial chords sounded best to me. The intro is
played with a guitar but the pre-verse and verse sounds like keyboard. The verse
has a guitar line playing overtop that I didn't tab but if you listen closely shouldn't
be too hard to figure out. The line for Guitar 2 is played only once in the intro over
Guitar 1 playing the normal chords. Corrections are welcome. Enjoy.
